This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the Financial Commission to decide the application dated 18.12.2018 filed by the petitioner in Revision Petition No. 183/2017 for de-sealing of the property measuring 1 Bigha 2 Biswas out of Khasra No. 38/5/1 at Village Jindpur, Delhi.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the application of the petitioner was heard and judgment was reserved on two different occasions but for one reason or the other, judgment could not be passed. The matter now stands adjourned to 15.05.2020.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to move an appropriate application for early disposal of the petition of the petitioner before the learned

Financial Commissioner. In case such an application is filed, the learned Financial Commission is requested to consider the same sympathetically and try to dispose of the case of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of two months.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. 5.

A copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
