% 30.01.2020 The petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 18.12.2019 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, by which the Tribunal has dismissed the O.A. 3659/2019, filed by the petitioner at the admission stage itself on the ground of being premature since the petitioner had not exhausted departmental remedies available to him before approaching the Tribunal. Mr. Ravi Kumar counsel for the petitioner submits that another illegal order of termination has been passed against the petitioner on 28.01.2020. He further submits that such an order is contentious since by an order dated 03.11.2014 the High Court had granted protection to the petitioner. It is also submitted that the order of termination is not only W.P.(C) 1151/2020

illegal but also stigmatic in nature.

After some hearing, however counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition and the applications filed therewith, to enable him to seek such remedies as available to him, in accordance with law. Accordingly, the petition and the applications filed therewith stand dismissed as withdrawn.
