By way of the present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 911/2025 dated 21.12.2025, registered at Police Station Okhla Industrial Area, South-East Delhi, under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 69 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

I am informed that the proceedings before the learned Sessions Court are presently at the stage of prosecution evidence; charges were framed on the previous date of hearing, and the prosecutrix has been summoned for recording of her evidence on the next date of hearing. 3.

After some hearing, Mr. Soumava Karmakar, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present application, with liberty to approach the learned Sessions Court afresh after the testimony BAIL APPLN. 1118/2026 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. of the prosecutrix has been recorded.

Ms. Manjeet Arya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, as well as the prosecutrix, who is personally present in Court, submit that no unnecessary adjournment shall be sought before the learned Sessions Court on their behalf, so that the recording of the prosecutrix's testimony and the present stage of the trial may be concluded expeditiously.

The bail application, alongwith pending application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, in terms of the above submissions. 6.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case or on any application that may be filed by the applicant hereafter, which shall be considered by the appropriate Court on its own merits, in accordance with law.
