% 24.04.2019 During the course of arguments, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the first motion has already been recorded on 07th May, 2018, which is confirmed by the learned counsel for the respondent and an amount of Rs.20 lakhs is payable on the second motion, which will take place within a week.

Learned counsel for the respondent undertakes to pay the amount of Rs.17 lakhs at the time of recording of second motion. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that he shall handover a post dated cheque on 03rd August, 2019 for an amount of Rs.3 lakhs, which shall be honoured on presentation.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, contempt petition stands disposed of.
