Respondent No. 3 states that, as petitioner No.1 is his daughter, he would himself be concerned about her safety and security and, therefore, there can be no threat to her; that the marriage is without his consent but it is a choice, she is entitled to make.
In the circumstances, the petition is not pressed any further. It is disposed-off in terms of the above.
