A. modify its order dated 30.01.2020;

B. pass such other and further order/orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case"

In effect, the petitioner is seeking correction in the order dated January 30, 2020 inasmuch as the date of January 20, 2019 should be read as January 20, 2020. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent gives his

consent for rectification of the said error.

Accordingly, the date of January 20, 2019 in the order dated January 30, 2020 shall be read as January 20, 2020.

Application stands disposed of.
