The limited grievance of the petitioner is that the application filed under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002 (hereafter referred to as "SARFAESI Act") is not being disposed of by the learned CMM. 3.

I am informed by the counsel for the petitioner that the next date of hearing in the petition pending before the learned CMM is 26.3.2020. 4.

The learned CMM is directed to dispose of the petition on that date i.e. 26.3.2020 and, if for some reason, it is not possible to conclude the matter on that date, the application will be disposed of on a date which is proximate to the said date.

A copy of this order will be dispatched by the Registry to the learned CMM and the respondents as well on the address given in the petition. 6.
