Counsel for the DDA states that the matter was transferred to the MCD for taking further action.

Ms. Harita Mehta, counsel for the MCD, states that though action was proposed on 15th May 2025, but it could not be taken due to lack of police force. It is now scheduled to be carried out at earliest. 4.
The SHO of the local police station is directed to provide police support to the demolition team of the MCD in this regard. 5.
In any event, the direction was for the STF to decide the petitioner's complaint.

Status report has been filed on behalf of the STF, and records the same.
