By virtue of the present application, the petitioner seeks to bring on record two documents on record, one of them being the order dated 22.01.2025 passed in the present petition as also the Entry Pass for Court Room dated 22.01.2025for Court Hearing.

For the reasons stated in the application, the present application is allowed.

Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of. CRL.M.A. 7392/2025-For restoration of petition 4.

By virtue of the present application, the petitioner seeks recall of the order dated 22.01.2025 and thereby restoration of the present petition. 5.

The petitioner, appearing in person, submits that he was unable to reach the Court on 22.01.2025 since there was a delay on his part. He submits, barring that, he has been regularly and diligently appearing on all dates of hearing.
