% 12.02.2019 Quashing of FIR No. 361/2017 under Sections 498-A/406/34 of IPC registered at police station Nihal Vihar, Delhi is sought on the basis of Mediated Settlement of 25th September, 2017. Upon notice, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondentState submits that respondent No.2 is present in the Court, who submits that she will have no objection to quashing of FIR in question only after divorce is granted.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petition under Section 13-B (2) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 would be moved within one week.

This petition and the applications are accordingly disposed of as CRL.M.C. 786/2019
