% 14.03.2018 The petitioner has filed the affidavit of service which shows that the respondents have been duly served with the notice issued by this Court. None appears for the respondents in spite of service. They are accordingly proceeded ex parte.

The interim order dated 19.01.2018 shall operate during the pendency of the arbitration proceeding, which the petitioner must initiate within a period of thirty days from today. In case, the arbitration proceeding is not initiated within a period of thirty days, the interim order shall stand vacated. The respondent shall be at liberty to seek modification / variation / vacation of the interim order before the Arbitral Tribunal, which is to be appointed in accordance with Arbitration Agreement between the parties.
