The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to the learned MM for an expeditious disposal of the application filed by the petitioner under Section 156(3) of the CrPC. 3.
The petitioner states that the said application was filed on 06.09.2018, however, no effective order has been passed as on date. 4.
The petitioner has filed an order dated 13.11.2019, which indicates that the petition was directed to be listed on 09.01.2020. However, the order dated 09.01.2020 is not on record. The learned counsel appearing for the
respondents state that on that date, an order was passed recording that the Action Taken Report (ATR) has been filed.

In view of the above, no orders are required to be passed in this petition. The learned MM is requested to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible.
