The petitioner seeks to withdraw the aforesaid petition with liberty to approach the learned Trial Court/Sessions Court. 4.

Mr Mittal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner would like to approach the Trial Court/Sessions Court for seeking a bail as there have been certain development in the case and, therefore, he seeks to withdraw the present petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 6.

The next date of hearing is cancelled and the pending application also stand disposed of.
