By way of this petition, the petitioner is seeking bail in case FIR No.25/2020, Under Section 33, Delhi Excise Act, registered at Police Station Swaroop Nagar, Delhi.

As per the case of the prosecution, on 10.1.2020 at about 9.50 pm, the petitioner was seen carrying a plastic bag on her head by the patrolling party. Her plastic bag was checked wherein 116 quarters of country made liquor were found.

It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that she is in judicial custody since 11.01.2020 and recovery has already been effected and she is no more required.

On the other hand, learned APP for the State submits that she is
a habitual offender and she has two more cases for similar nature against her.

Be that as it may, since the recovery has been effected and petitioner is no more required for the purpose of investigation, petitioner is admitted to bail on her furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court concerned.
