Mr. Pawan Narang, senior counsel, on instructions from Mr. Vivek Batra, the Authorized Representative and Director of the plaintiff company submits that the plaintiff would be satisfied if the sum of Rs.40,00,000/- which was deposited in Court by the defendant on 8th July, 2025 is released in favour of the plaintiff.

The Registry is directed to release the aforesaid sum, along with accrued interest, if any, in favour of the plaintiff. 3.

Accordingly, the present suit is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

In view of the fact that summons are yet to be issued in the present suit and the suit is at an early stage, the Registry is directed to issue a CS(OS) 134/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
