By virtue of the present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in FIR No.1162/2022 dated 06.10.2022 registered at PS.: Nihal Vihar, Delhi under Sections 363/376/376(D)/328/341/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) and Sections 6/17 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO). 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present application.

Accordingly, the present application, alongwith the pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn.
