By virtue of the present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in FIR No.245/2018 dated 09.07.2018 registered at PS.: Nabi Karim, Delhi under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC).

After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present application.
