The present application has been filed under Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ("CPC"), for withdrawal of the present writ petition. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the proceedings, the original cause of action has ceased to survive, and the grievance sought to be addressed through the present petition stands redressed, thereby rendering the present petition infructuous. 3.
Thus, it is submitted that the petitioners seek to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to avail such other legal remedies, as may be available to them, in accordance with law, if the need so arises in the future. 4.
Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsel for respondents. 5.
He submits that he has no objection if the present application is allowed.
