% 19.03.2026 The petitioner who appears in person has been heard. After a brief hearing in the matter it transpires that, the essence of the petitioner's grievance is that the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class ('JMFC') who was seized of Ct. Case No. 22901/2024 titled Ravi Yadav Vs Abhishek Rana & Another and Ct. Case No. 22902/2024 titled Ravi Yadav Vs XYZ/Unknown, did not pronounce orders in the matter despite having heard arguments on 09.10.2025.

Considering the nature of the prayer made, the present petition is disposed-of directing the learned JMFC, South-West District, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi who is now seized of Ct. Case Nos. 22901/2024 & 22902/2024, to hear the matters and to dispose-of them within 02 months of the next date of hearing in that court i.e. 20.04.2026.
