Upon persuasion by the Court, considering that there was a dissonance in the amount which was being given under Section 17B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, being calculated at Rs.203/- p.m., by the respondent; parties have had consultations with assistance of the officer who was present in Court. It has been agreed that an amount of Rs.333/- per day, will be used as a benchmark for calculation of the 17B dues. 2.

The incremental/differential amount shall be provided within 6 weeks by the respondent to the petitioner.

Counsel for the respondent fairly states that periodical increase will be done as per the revised rates.

The petition is disposed of.
