On earlier four occasions as well, nobody had appeared for the petitioner. Even otherwise, learned counsel representing the respondent has stated that the petition has been rendered infructuous for the reason that the petitioner has taken admission in National Law Universiy, Jodhpur. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
