% 31.01.2020 Quashing of FIR No. 499/2019, under Section 188 IPC, registered at police station GTB Enclave, Delhi is sought in this petition. Upon notice, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1/State submits that charge-sheet in this FIR case has been filed against one IKYA Human Capital Solution Limited.

In view of the above, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition.

The petition and application stand dismissed as withdrawn accordingly.
