The present petition has been filed seeking issuance of directions to the concerned SHO, thereby directing him to conduct proper investigation, trace the culprit who has committed the offence of cheating and forgery and other offences under Information Technology Act, 2000. 4.

The learned counsel appearing for petitioner states that the complaint in this case was filed in March, 2022, however, no action has been taken yet on the said complaint.

this Court, it is directed that the present petition be treated as the representation on behalf of the petitioner herein. The DCP concerned would ensure that the matter is appropriately taken up as per law and the inquiry/investigation is carried out expeditiously in this case. In case the DCP or the SHO concerned fails to redress the complaint of the petitioner herein within 02 months from date, he will be at liberty to approach this Court for the redressal of his grievance.
