However, in view of the averments made in the instant petition, I hereby dispose of the present petition directing the respondents to treat the present petition as the representation of the petitioner to decide the same within four weeks from the receipt of this order.

The decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week thereafter.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.

Both applications also stands disposed of.
