O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, seeking bail in connection with FIR No. 13/2020, under Sections 323/308/506/341/34 of the IPC registered with Police Station Inder Puri. 2.

Ms Dhalla, learned APP states, on instructions, that three other coaccused have been granted bail by the learned Trial Court. 3.

Considering the above, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is also required to be treated on parity with other co-accused. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹15,000/- with one surety of an equivalent amount to the satisfaction of the concerned MM/Link MM/Duty MM. This is also subject to the following conditions:

(a) That the petitioner shall join the investigation and fully cooperate with the Investigating Officer.

(b) The petitioner shall also appear before the Court as and when require.

(c) The petitioner shall not contact the complainant or his family members directly or indirectly.

(d) The petitioner shall also not try to influence any of the said persons either directly or indirectly.

(e) The petitioner shall not leave the National Capital Territory of Delhi.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 5.
