W.P.(C) No. 1478/2019 By the short prayer made in the course of submissions in this matter, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent/North DMC to expeditiously decide representation dated 04.02.2019 made by the petitioner before the respondent in relation to an e-auction for allotment of parking sites conducted by the respondent on 28.08.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner had participated in the aforesaid e-auction; that he has learned that allotment of parking sites has been completed for other H-1 bidders; but the petitioner has not been allotted parking sites although, he claims, he was also an H1 bidder.
Issue notice.
Ms. Mini Pushkarna, learned Standing Counsel for North DMC appears on advance copy and accepts notice.
Ms.
Mini Pushkarna states that she has instructions that respondent/North DMC will decide representation dated 04.02.2019 made by the petitioner within two weeks. This is acceptable to learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondent/North DMC to consider and decide petitioner's representation dated 04.02.2019 within two weeks, under written intimation to the petitioner. Written intimation be given to the petitioner within one week of deciding on the representation.
The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti under signatures of the Court Master.
