At the outset, Ms. Beenashaw N. concerned, which has been advertised on 03.07.2025, no appointment shall be made for a period of 04 months.

Learned counsel representing the respondents have prayed that some observation may be made by the Court so that the writ petition filed by the appellant, which is pending disposal before the learned Single Judge may be expedited.

Accordingly, the statement made on behalf of the learned counsel representing the respondent nos.1 and 2 is noted. We request the learned Single Judge to expedite the proceedings of W.P.(C) 3116/2026 and conclude the same at the earliest, preferably and if possible, within 04 months. For the said purpose, the date fixed in the proceedings of the writ petition may be preponed.

The parties will exchange their affidavits in the writ petition in the shortest possible time.

The appeal stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 9.

We further direct that appointment of the appellant on the post in question shall continue till the writ petition is disposed of.
