This order is in continuation of the earlier order dated 31st January, 2020. 2.

Though the counsel for the plaintiff on the last date of hearing stated that deficiency in court fees will be made up but no additional court fees has been deposited and the counsel for the plaintiff seeks to withdraw the suit to approach the appropriate court for the same relief.

On enquiry, it is stated that the plaintiff will be instituting the suit in the Courts at Ghaziabad and not at Delhi.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach the Courts at Ghaziabad and on the condition that the plaintiff along with the fresh proceedings if any filed files a copy of the plaint in this suit as well as the order dated 31st January, 2020 and today's order. 5.

A copy of order dated 31st January, 2020 and today's order be forwarded to the defendants.
