The petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenges the order dated 24.12.2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Tis Hazari Courts, in case titled as "Gurpreet Kaur Vs. Manish Chadha" Case No. 358/2024, which had set aside the order dated 09.07.2024 passed by the Mahila Court, Central Tis Hazari Courts in Complaint Case No. 526759/2016 under the Domestic Violence Act. 2.

After part submissions, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition on the ground of maintainability of petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, while seeking liberty to file fresh petition before the appropriate forum.

The statement made by learned counsel is taken on record and the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
