Petitioner appears in person and states that by filing the above said two petitions he had impugned two different orders i.e. order passed by the learned Trial Court on his application moved under Order XXII Rule 6 CPC and under Order XV A CPC.

He further states that since he has already withdrawn the above suit and has filed suit afresh before the Commercial Court, he is no longer interested in pursuing with the present two petitions.

In view of the above, as prayed by petitioner himself, the petitions are disposed of as withdrawn.
