CM(M) 420/2025 1.

The matter relates to a partition suit which was filed 35 years back but has not been disposed of till date.

The learned counsel for petitioner submits that after hearing the arguments, the matter was reserved for judgment on 08.11.2023 but despite the grant of so many adjournments from time to time, the judgment has not been pronounced by the learned Trial Court till date. 3.

getting adjourned on the ground that judgment is being dictated. He has made request that directions be given to the learned Trial Court to pronounce the judgment in a time bound manner. 4.

The learned counsel for respondents have no objection, in case, such a direction be issued by this Court.

Since, it is an old matter and there has been an inordinate delay in pronouncement of judgement, the Trial Court is directed to pronounce the judgment as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within next 15 days. 6.

Copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of Court Master.
