The present applications have been filed under Section 438 Cr.PC seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 77/2024 registered under Sections 420/406 IPC at P.S. Krishna Nagar, Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioners/applicants states that the applicants Iftikhar Ahmed and Firdaus, being well-wishers of the deceased The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
Ram Chander, were taking care of him during his lifetime. It is further stated that the applicants have been falsely implicated in this case. In fact, the applicants have filed a complaint against the complainant to the effect that the complainant owes them Rs.7 lacs.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions, states that in the FIR, it has been alleged that after the death of the deceased, a sum of approximately Rs.18.50 lacs has been transferred to the account of the applicants. He states that, without prejudice to their rights and contentions, the applicants are willing to pay the aforesaid amount to the complainant and in this regard, a demand draft bearing number 794361 drawn on UCO Bank, Ferozeshah Road, Delhi for sum of Rs.18.50 lacs has been handed over to the complainant, who is present in the Court and has been identified by the IO/ SI Avaneesh Kumar PS Krishna Nagar, Delhi. 4.
Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and circumstances including the fact that the evidence in this case is documentary in nature and the fact that the applicants have also joined investigation, the present applications are allowed and it is directed that in the event of arrest, the applicants be released on bail subject to their furnishing personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- each with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO of the concerned Police Station and also subject to the following further conditions:- (i) At the time of furnishing bail bond, the applicants shall provide their mobile numbers, which they undertake to keep operational at all times during the pendency of the trial. (ii) The applicants shall join the investigation as and when asked for by the IO.

(iii) The applicants shall inform the concerned Investigating Officer about their current residential addresses. (iv) In case of change of residential address/contact detail, the applicants shall promptly inform the same to the concerned Investigating Officer/SHO.
(v) The applicants shall not directly or indirectly try to get in touch with the complainant or any other prosecution witnesses or tamper with the evidence.
(vi) The applicants shall regularly appear before the trial Court as and when the charge sheet is filed.
