The present petition under Section 11 and 12 of Contempt of Court Act 1971seeks the following prayers: - "It is, therefore, respectfully prayed to this Hon'ble Court that the contemnor may kindly be sent to imprisonment for willfully disobeying the directions of this Hon'ble Court dated 06.05.2024 in W.P.(C) No.6383/2024 and order dated 07.11.2024 in Cont. Cas (C) No. 1743/2024, in the interest of justice. Any other order which this Hon'ble Court deems just and proper may also be passed in favour of the petitioner and against the respondent."
