O R D E R

% 03.12.2015 Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that all these suits have been consolidated vide order dated 25th May, 2009 passed in CS(OS) No. 1104/2009 for trial and the suit for possession (CS(OS) No. 1104/2009 has been ordered to be treated as lead suit. It is further submitted that value for

the purpose of jurisdiction in all these suits are less than the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Court.

In view of the notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 under Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015, all these suits have to be transferred to the subordinate courts of competent jurisdiction.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that in the suit for possession, the suit property is situated at Ajmeri Gate, therefore, all the suits be transferred to the District Judge (Central District), Tis Hazari Courts Complex, Delhi. Ordered accordingly.

Files be sent to the District Judge (Central District), Tis Hazari Courts Complex, Delhi forthwith. Parties shall appear before the District Judge (Central District), Tis Hazari Courts Complex, Delhi on 18th January, 2016.

All these suits be assigned to one court and be tried together, in terms of the order dated 25th May, 2009. A.K. PATHAK, J.
