By way of present bail application filed under Section 439 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant seeks extension of interim bail for period of 60 days in FIR No. 409/2019 registered under Section 376 IPC and 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 at Police Station Sagarpur, Delhi. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant was earlier granted four weeks' interim bail vide this Court's order dated 09.8.2021. Subsequently, vide orders dated 01.02.2024, four weeks' interim bail was granted which was further extended vide order dated 05.03.2024. He further states that though the applicant has undergone the requisite surgery, he needs to visit the doctor for follow up treatment. 3.

Considering the totality of the facts and circumstances and the fact that the applicant has already undergone surgery, it is directed that the interim bail granted to the applicant be further extended for a period of ten days, on the same terms and conditions, on which interim bail was granted The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
