% 10.08.2018 On 25.04.2018 the preliminary decree was passed in the present case and the matter was listed for further directions. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the defendants they have already been filed two appeals vide FAO(OS) 91/2018 and RFA(OS) 39/2018 and the both are pending.

In the meanwhile learned counsel for the plaintiff filed two applications viz. IA No.10641/2018 under Order I Rule 10 CPC for transposition of defendant no.2 to 8 and IA No.10642/2018 under Order XX Rule 18 CPC for passing of the final decree. Hence the notice on both these applications be issued to the defendant no.1 through the counsel. Learned counsel for the plaintiff is present and accepts the notice. Reply be filed within four weeks from today. Rejoinder, thereto, if any, be filed within four weeks thereafter. List on 10.12.2018.
