legal proceedings and seeks to withdraw the present petition reserving all his rights and contentions to be raised in the challenge against the order of charge.

At this juncture, counsel for the Petitioner candidly acknowledges that the time period for filing a revision petition against the order of charge has lapsed. As such, he makes an oral request to this Court to condone the delay. 6.
The Court has considered the aforenoted contentions. As prayed for, the present petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioner to challenge the order of charge in appropriate legal proceedings. However, it is made clear that the Court has not commented on the merits of the case and any such challenge against the order on charge shall be considered on its own merits. It is further clarified that in case the Petitioner filed an application for condonation of delay in filing the revision petition against the order of charge, the same shall be considered on its own merits, in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of along with pending application(s).
