% 31.01.2020 CRL.M.A. 2225/2020 (Exemption) Exemption allowed, subject to just exceptions. BAIL APPLN. 279/2020 The applicant seeks grant of interim bail for a period of 15 days to attend the marriage ceremony of his younger brother. A perusal of the records indicates that vide order dated 21.01.2020, the applicant has been granted custody parole of six hours for 01.02.2020 excluding travelling time to visit to attend such marriage ceremony. The same is apparently sufficient for the same. No further action is called for in the petition, which is thus dismissed.
