The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed impugning the order dated 17.02.2024 passed by the learned Additional District Judge-02, East district, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, in Civil suit bearing no.7/2024 titled as "Nidhi vs. Fedbank Financial Services & Ors.". The petitioner herein is the defendant no.1 before the learned Trial Court.

After making some submissions, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the directions may be issued to the learned Trial Court to dispose of the application under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 CPC within The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. two weeks. The hearing of the arguments on the application was listed for today before the learned Trial Court as well as for furnishing of the FDR as ordered by it however it is brought to the notice of this Court that now the matter has been adjourned for 22.03.2024.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is an apprehension that the respondents herein may linger on with the hearing of the application listed before the learned Trial Court. 6.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be granted liberty to address his submissions as made in the present petition to be raised before the learned Trial Court and in a time frame manner. The liberty as prayed is granted, the learned Trial Court to hear the application on the date already fixed i.e. 22.03.2024 and dispose the application preferably within two weeks.

With aforesaid directions, the present petition along with pending, if any, stands disposed of.
