The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to the concerned police officials for an expeditious and time bound investigation in FIR No.0287/2016 registered with PS Nabi Karim.

The concerned investigation officer, Inspector Vijay Kumar Gupta, is present in Court and he assures this Court that the final report will be filed within a period of four weeks from today. He is bound down to the said statement.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. The same is disposed of.
