The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ("CPC") for withdrawal of the present contempt petition.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the present matter pertained to unauthorised construction in property bearing no. 3034, Qazi Wara, Darya Ganj, Delhi-110002. He further submits that the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD") has already taken action qua the unauthorized construction at the aforesaid property and the petitioner is satisfied.

aforesaid statement and submits that demolition action has already been taken by the MCD on 05th March, 2024.
