O R D E R

The petitioner is seeking parole for a period of 60 days on account of the marriage of his eldest son, which is to take place on 02.03.2020.

The State has verified the address of the petitioner as also the factum of marriage of son of the petitioner. As per the status report, statements of village Pradhan, bride to be, her mother, brother and relatives has also been recorded.

They have all stated that the petitioner's son is going to be married with their daughter on 02.03.2020.

In the facts and circumstances of this case, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is admitted to parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the

satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent. The petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent on the expiry of the parole period. The petitioner shall, at the time of his surrender, file the photographs of the marriage of his son, with the Jail Superintendent. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent for compliance. 4.

The petition stands disposed of.
