Petitioner has sought quashing of FIR No. 321/2019 of PS Sonia Vihar for offences under Section 498A/406/34 IPC read with 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act as parties have compromised their disputes. Petitioner as well as his wife respondent no.2 are present in court, identified by IO/Inspector Sanjay Prakash, SHO Sonia Vihar. I have spoken with both parties in Hindi and they submit that they have compromised all their disputes and are now living together happily. Parties have two sons, who are living in their native village.

Having spoken with the parties, I am satisfied that it would be in the interest of justice not to push them through trial.
