The Petition under Section 482 CrPC has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking setting aside of the Order dated 13.11.2018, passed by the learned ASJ in Case No. 259/2018 arising out of ECIR/03/HIU/2018, under Sections 3 & 4 of the Prevention of Money laundering Act, 2002 and/or quashing of the First Supplementary prosecution complaint dated 24.10.2018 filed by the respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to raise all the issues raised in this Petition at the stage of framing of Charge.

In view of the submissions made, the Petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
