The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to quash the Order dated 17.03.2026, passed by the learned Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) and consequential SARFEASI actions.

In view of the arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, he is permitted to file an appeal before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT), along with an application seeking urgent relief. Upon such filing, the Registry of the DRAT shall forthwith place the matter before the appropriate Bench. Learned counsel appearing for the Reserve Bank of India and Union Bank of India submit that they have no objection to the aforesaid course of action.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law at the appropriate stage. 5.
