The present petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the terms and conditions of the Memorandum of Understanding dated 28th January, 2023.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent has disregarded the consent order dated 18th March, 2023 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Patiala House Court in First Motion Petition for mutual divorce under Section 13B(1) of the Hindu Marriage The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The present petition has been filed since the respondent was not signing the Second Motion petition for seeking divorce by mutual consent under Section 13B(2) of the HMA.

Today, Ms. Poonam Sharma respondent is present in person along with her Advocate Mr. Amit Kumar. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the Second Motion petition has already been signed by the respondent today. This fact is confirmed by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the parties to cooperate with each other with respect to filing and recording of statement under the Second Motion petition before the learned Family Court.
