% 13.02.2019 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to challenge order dated 01.12.2018 before the Authority as prescribed in the Rules 40 and 49 of the Life Insurance Corporation of India (Staff) Regulations, 1960 and to file afresh petition for grant of promotion to the petitioner on the post of Administrative Officer w.e.f. 2016 with all other consequential benefits. Permission is granted with liberty as prayed for. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. Both applications stands disposed of.
