O R D E R

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the pillars of the already removed gate, have still not been removed by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD").

However, the Resident Welfare Association ("RWA") has received a letter dated 28th February, 2024 from the MCD, wherein the RWA has been directed to remove the said pillars.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the RWA does not have the means for removal of the said gates. 4.

Per contra, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the MCD submits that in the first instance opportunity has been granted to the RWA to remove The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the said pillars. She further submits that in case the requisite action is not taken by the RWA, then the pillars shall be removed by the MCD, for which action has already been fixed for 13th March, 2024.

In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.

The present petition is accordingly disposed of. 7.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to revive the present petition, in case any dispute still survives.
