Parties have executed Settlement Agreement dated 20th February, 2024 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, which is accompanied with Board Resolutions in favour of the authorised representatives of the Plaintiff and Defendant. 2.

Counsel for the parties mentioned in the appearance above confirm the terms of settlement and pray for the suit to be decreed in terms thereof. Further, counsel for Plaintiff confirms that in terms of the settlement, the Defendant has handed over a cheque in favour of the Plaintiff for the amount of INR 1 lakh.

The Court has perused the said terms and finds the same to be lawful. 4.
