% 02.06.2016 The defendant has filed the affidavit under Section 65A and 65B. Learned counsel for the defendant submits that she has filed the admission / denial affidavit today itself. However, the same is not on record, so she shall contact the Registry and get the same placed on record. Learned counsel for the defendant has conducted admission / denial of documents of the plaintiff and has admitted 55 documents of the plaintiff and the same are today marked as Ex.P-1 to Ex.P-55. Ex.P-55 has been admitted subject to objection recorded on the face of the document.

At request, the plaintiff is granted time till 08.07.2016 to file

fresh admission / denial affidavit.

Relist for conclusion of admission / denial of documents on 21.07.2016 and the matter be placed before the Hon'ble Court for further directions on 27.07.2016.

The date fixed i.e. 08.07.2016 fixed by this court before the Hon'ble Court stands cancelled.
